Kathi Taber, DVM — Chief of Staff
Dr. Kathi Taber, our Chief of Staff, has been a small animal veterinarian since 1981. She is an experienced surgeon and diagnostician and has a special interest in feline behavior consultation and dentistry. She received her veterinary degree from The University of Tennessee.
Dr. Taber has two sons, David and Lukas as well as three cats, Lion, Flower, and Hurricane.
She has two horses Dallas and Blackjack. In her spare time she loves going to the mountains, hiking and reading.
Colleen Wallace, DVM
Dr. Colleen Wallace graduated with a degree in Logistics engineering from Arizona State University and worked for IBM prior to her decision to become a feline veterinarian. She received a DVM degree from North Carolina State University in 2004, and joined Cozy Cat Veterinary Hospital in 2005, where she specializes in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Wallace is the Medical Director for Operation Catnip, an all-volunteer organization dedicated to reducing the feral and unowned cat population through sterilization. Dr. Wallace is an avid pool player, archer, swing dancer, and blues fan. She enjoys living with her four cats: Cosimo, Lulu, Mimi, and Lorenzo (pictured).
